I figured I would update some of my pictures as well as repost some that are not in the open section of the forum.

I will just start with 1 for now. More later.

First is a really sweet 71 sting ray, this cas was perfect. The enclosure was wrapped in factory correct carpet. The carpet alone was $600 for a 3' x 9' piece

thanks, that carpet was the toughest stuff I have had to wrap a box with yet. It has a plastic backing that is meant to be heated and formed to the contour of the floor of the car. Getting it into the flush mount area around the subs and wrapping the ends was a PITA. it is also VERY unforgiving as far as seams go, they had to be perfect or they stood out like crazy.

Very clean install Tony! For 600$ he could've got regular carpeting AND the top of the trunk in second skin lol but that does have a very stock looking appeal and im sure this crazy melt on carpeting your talking about provides some form of dampening.

Budget was not his concern. He wanted very stock looking. This is aparently a very valuable car ($150 000+ appraisal value) the car does have a full treatment of dynamat. This car is 1 of 6 or 7 cars of this level he owns. The next one he wants done is a '65 GT500

Builds where you can use your specialties to the max must be great! What kind of upgrades did he do for mids and highs? I see even with a BIG budget he still didnt want to go crazy with solo x's and 8k lol

haha, ya, an 8k might have been a bit excessive for this vette. It was a tighr squeeze fitting the 2 8's, lol

I believe it was hertz components he used in it.
